Experience to date has shown that wine collectors are actually wine experts and have an extensive knowledge about the subject but are not necessarily IT-savvy.

We advise new customers of www.sommelier.fit concerning the organization of their wine cellar. What does the design and layout of warehouses and storage locations look like? We show how easy it is for IT laypersons to design their own storing spaces and clearly prepare the bottles for storage, removal and relocation.

We gladly take over existing Excel tables from previous administration and transfer the initial filling of the database with master data maintenance for new customers.

In ZOOM meetings, if required, we also perform the necessary training onto the system in order to complete the learning process in the shortest possible time.

When booking a subscription, a personal account is set up for each new customer via the client system of the weinbankAPP, similar to an internet banking account.

The start-up process with master data management and recording of all warehouse movements can therefore be carried out quickly and without stress.
