@Storage - inventory

​All inventory may be stored in different warehouses and there in diverse rooms, on separate shelves and in individual compartments. Every movement - be it storage, outsourcing or even just relocation - must be logged in, in order to be able to report a continuously up-to-date correct inventory. The entire history of all movements must be recorded without gaps to ensure security for audits. An accompanying, permanent inventory serves to balance manual errors and documents changes.

The customer places the order – the requests are communicated personally, by telephone or by email.

Selection of wines for sale
The selection is made by calling up the winedatabase, where all wines are listed, and the current stock is visible.

Compilation of the order
The individual positions are taken from the selection. In addition, the desired quantities per item and the sales prices are input.

Creation of delivery notes
The delivery notes are generated automatically and are shown as a report in PDF format. As long as the sales process is not completed, each delivery note can be seen as a preview on demand.

Generating outgoing invoices
The outgoing invoices are generated from the program in a targeted manner, with clear invoice numbers being assigned. As with delivery notes, the invoices are also created in PDF format and can be emailed to customers directly from the weinbankAPP.

Document archive sales papers
All receipts are automatically saved in the document archive for each sales transaction and are available for any auditing purpose.
